Rent to move house

We moved from Edinburgh to Birmingham three months ago. We couldn't accept the offers we got from homebuying firms. As we moved in with relatives we decided to put off buying again. The house in Edinburgh is rented out. I don't see why more people don't do the same. Better than take these low offers. Maybe some folk are made of money. It's another point of view.
