Sellings Pricey isn't it?

Hi Yvonne and Debbie - great work. Thought I would pass on some money saving ideas that worked for us, selling no 35.

We got quotes for a Home Information Pack from our estate agent. We thought their prices were OK actually. But we did a bit of research on line and found we could save at least £120.

On estate agents fees, we were lucky. Our agent is quite with it and gave us a number of options to choose from. But I would tell anyone reading this. You can still haggle on fees. We did. Got a wee reduction. Not much.
