Making your house look good is fine if you have the money. I don't think people have the money to be spending on their houses.

What I wanted to tell you was our flat in Edinburgh is the cheapest on the street, and its still not sold after 5 months. Its no the worst either. We're hoping that if we reduce the price a bit that may help. That's what I wanted to tell you.
